No,
not Mission Impossible, but Mission Possible. We hear enough
about how impossible business is today:
- Do more with less
- Think outside the box
- We need a leader

Perhaps we need to shift the paradigm a bit more. We have all
done the math and I think we agree that it is impossible to do
more with less if we are running our business with the same old
processes expecting different results.
Mission Possible is about:
Imagine an action-based program designed around corporate
espionage with secret coded documents, enemy spies (your
competitors), uncertainty and intrigue. A performance
development program where team members find a
brief
case and use topographical maps, laptops, compasses, GPS’s and
decipher clues to determine and accomplish objectives.
Similar to many business situations, this activity has real
rules and runs on real time, with real deadlines and real
accountability for actions and decisions. Yet, a team is only
restricted by its own cognitive confines. The unrestricted and
open format allows it to be particularly effective in accenting
the organizational culture, the relationship between the
efficiency of task and the management of process and people as
well as the matters surrounding decision-making and successful
closure.
