TeamBuilders WorldWide has taken
interactive learning
from the ropes course to the golf course!

Imagine
using the challenge and the intellect of golf as the accelerant to quantum
leap the development of your team and your leaders. TeamBuilders WorldWide has
integrated models from business, leadership and high-performance teams with
the lessons and mastery of golf. Each program is customized to deliver
tangible outcomes for your participants.
Golf has no prejudice. It
isn't about physical dexterity or athleticism – it is about execution. As in
business, successful execution is a discipline. There are several processes
that must come together for success and the absence of one could result in
three-putts or using mulligans.
Links to Learning is a
collaboration of our performance development professionals and golf
professionals. The attributes of high-performance teams are woven together
to connect the dots to meet your group's developmental needs. These programs
can include one or more of the following:
The Leadership Practices
Based on the five leadership
practices from Kouzes and Posner, this session provides powerful feedback
for the participants. The instrument is designed to compare perceptions from
the inside looking out and, more importantly, the outside looking in.

The
Five Dysfunctions of a Team
The five dysfunctions from
Lencioni that outline why even the best of teams struggle, are attributes
that also link to the mastery of golf. Each team reviews the five
dysfunctions in great detail to overcome common hurdles and apply them to
their performance.
Links to Type in Teams
Along with several team
development tools, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is used to look at
preferences in personality and how they impact the team. During this
insightful session, participants will easily recognize these types and see
them play out on the course.
Tee-Off
This unique tool provides an
engaging method for participants to give and receive immediate feedback in
the debrief sessions. Golf tees represent attributes of a high-performance
team and individuals select a tee for discussion.
