Leading Effective Teams
One of the most influential books on business today is The Leadership Challenge, by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. In the book, Kouzes and Posner outline the “Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.” These powerful principles are the foundation for our Leading Effective Teams Program and keynote speaker topic.
In this program we integrate stories and clips from the historic Apollo 13 mission. In the past we have had the honor of delivering this service with Captain James Lovell, the Commander of the Apollo 13.
