The FiveStar TPI delivers objective data on team performance.  Each team member takes an online survey that asks a series of 50 questions about his/her team’s current state; participants are assigned a unique number to ensure anonymity. The results of this survey will quantify the functions and competencies for each team including:

The resulting data will help reveal the areas where your team may require development. You may use the results to inform your own internal training and development programs, or you can work with a TeamBuilders WorldWide consultant to develop a program tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization.  Either way, your organization will receive a FiveSTAR TPI analysis profile to be used as a benchmark for following your team’s growth and development. 

The FiveSTAR TPI is used as a series of three surveys taken over a defined period of time: (1) as a diagnostic tool, before a team development session, (2) to measure immediate impact directly after a session and (3) to track development three months to one year later.
