This workshop is a unique combination of both theory and practice, combining the principles from The Leadership Challenge® with the application of interactive learning exercises so that at the end of the day you will be able to answer the questions above and apply what you have learned with your own teams. By the end of the day you will better understand your own teams and you will master the leadership challenge.
