Luke is passionate about leadership, process improvement, and sales, and consults and blogs on those areas of expertise regularly. Luke was recently named Director of Business Development for TeamBuilders WorldWide, where he shares his experience, vision and insight with companies that are seeking to improve leadership and team performance.
Prior to joining TBW, Luke worked in a regional sales management role for Erickson Communities, the nation’s leading builder and manager of moderately priced continuing care retirement communities. Prior to joining Erickson, Luke spent five years as regional sales director for HDS Services, a contract dining service and consulting firm that catered primarily to the healthcare market. Before that, he held leadership positions in operations for Marriott Corporation for 10 years. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business Administration.
