When you plan do you make sure that your goals are measurable? Notice I said when you plan. I am assuming that you write down some form of plan for your personal and professional life. Even if it is from week to week, that is a good start.

Teams take on the attitudes of their leaders.
I had a boss who used to say that teams take on the personalities of their leaders. I like that saying, and have seen it play out many times, sometimes to my great amusement.
