TeamBuilders WorldWide created the FiveSTAR 360 Team Performance Indicator (TPI) after decades of assessing the classic challenges associated with team and leadership dynamics inside all types of organizations.

The FiveStar 360 TPI delivers objective data on team performance through a series of three surveys taken over a defined period of time: (1) as a diagnostic tool, before a team building program, (2) to measure immediate impact directly after a session and (3) to track development three months to a year after a session. The FiveSTAR 360 TPI allows users to quantify the functions and competencies for each team; including vision, roles, communication and trust.  This data allows us to strategize the team’s plan for first-time quality, employee ownership, buy-in, relationships and credibility in the eyes of your customers (internal and external).
