that provides outstanding service to its customers. Maybe it's a restaurant or
hotel. Think about what FiveSTAR quality looks like. What are its attributes?
Think of your world as a member
of your business team. Visualize the functions and attributes including your
mission, objectives, roles, responsibilities, first time quality, employee
ownership, buy-in, relationships and credibility in the eyes of your customers
(internal and external).
Now visualize as an individual,
a team and an organization, what your team looks like as a FiveSTAR Performer.
Invest 15 minutes of your time to reflect and respond to statements
about yourself as an individual, your team and your organization as a
whole.
When you are ready to take the
assessment, you will be presented with a list of 60 statements. For each
statement, simply decide how many stars you would rate your team based on its
performance in the respective core competencies, by making a selection from the
following choices.
